Any legal services are provided solely by licensed attorneys under separate partnership agreements.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as required to receive our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. FEES AND PAYMENT
All fees for services are disclosed prior to engagement. Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. The Parker Method reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Additional fees may apply for services beyond the initial consultation as disclosed at the time of service.

The Parker Method provides services on an ‘as is’ basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our consulting services. Individual results will vary based on each client’s unique financial situation, creditworthiness, and cooperation with our recommended strategies.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Parker Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to The Parker Method in the three months preceding the claim.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your personal or financial information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
